Where is Doc’s made?

Doc’s is proudly handcrafted in New York’s Hudson Valley in the same apple orchard we first planted more than thirty years ago. You can read more about our Orchard and the apples we grow every season by visiting our Orchard page. 

Can I visit the Doc’s orchard?

Yes! We welcome visitors to sample our ciders, stroll our fields, and take a home a bag of our seasonal apple varieties. Learn more by visiting us at: Warwick Valley Winery, 114 Little York Road, Warwick, New York 10990. Our hours are Monday – Friday: 12pm to 5pm, Saturday – Sunday: 11am to 5pm.

How are Doc’s ciders made?

All Doc’s ciders begin life as apples in our very own Hudson Valley orchard. Through a careful process of pressing and fermentation, we produce some of the country’s finest cider. You can read more about our cider making experience by visiting our Process page.
